Came here in late September for my partner's birthday and WOW were we disappointed. We had flown in the night before from out of town and I had this reservation booked for weeks. We were placed upstairs on the patio, but were placed behind the door which made it very easy for the server to forget us. We were also placed right next to the door to the banquet room that happened to be hosting a very loud event right through the glass french doors. This would have been fine, as we understand we're not the only reservations dining in - but like I mentioned, this made it easy for us to be forgotten. We watched tables get seated after us -- and with bigger parties (as there were only two of us), and get served before us. We watched them get waters and cocktails before us, get their food before us, get the check before us, and leave before us. We were the last ones to leave the patio that evening because the server made it very obvious with her facial expressions that we had been continuously forgotten. Even the ice cream my partner got for his birthday has already started to melt. At the time I was a server, and trust me, I get being in the weeds or being overwhelmed with high volumes of people. But this... this was unacceptable as we weren't even met with any sort of apology at the end of our meal. Just the look of "oh, shoot! I forgot their _____" every time our server passed made our experience one to remember, but for all the wrong reasons.
If you decide to dine-in, on the upper patio, make sure you're not seated behind the door because you WILL be forgotten.
