Steaks at Wolfgang are dry aged in a custom-designed aging box. Guests may order steak cuts for two, three or four people. Choose from the likes of the prime New York sirloin, lamb chop or filet mignon. Non-steak diners may select from grilled salmon, a three-pound broiled lobster, or grilled yellowfin tuna.
