Joshua (Trainee) and Zaire were great! Had the rib-eye and a salad. They were phenomenal. Definitely recommend the crab cake and it was also great....

My server was extremely polite. Crazily my steak was mediocre. That is the first time that has ever happened. The flourless cake really needs flour. It's like eating icing. I will return and give them another shot at a good steak as normally the steaks are superb. I really believe that steak was just not a good cut of meat, probably an angry cow. However, that level of customer engagement is AMAZING. thanks Megan C. The food is fantastic. Medium rare was a true medium rare - cooked to perfection. Our server Hunter was great. He was Attentive and thoughtful. Denzel delivered our food with a great smile! Great night all around!

Waitress originally told us that cheesecake was the only complimentary dessert they have for birthday’s the night of 8/13/22….to only come back and say they’re gone…Really “Ruth Chris”!? Then she returns and offers bread pudding to come back to say she gave the last bread pudding to the table next to us! Didn’t even try to accommodate us or anything after the entire runaround she gave us. Not to mention when we were leaving a different was seen bringing out birthday cheesecake’s to another table...??? Lol, could have spent my birthday elsewhere! A complete joke will not be returning…

It was a great meal with my daughter after a long day at a conference and a trip to the Lenox Square Mall. The food was cooked perfectly. The service and atmosphere were welcoming and relaxed. Jacobi was wonderful. I highly recommend Ruth Chris if you’re in the area.
