Located just northwest of downtown Atlanta in a prime area called Vinings, 101 Steak is a perfect fit for this upscale community. The modern steakhouse concept is from the 101 Concepts hospitality group, which is also behind Food 101, Meehan’s Public House, Cibo e Beve, Smoke Ring and Restaurant Paradis.
With 101 Steak, they've reinterpreted the steakhouse with quality ingredients, creative side dishes and more. Of course, the steaks are of the highest quality, but the cold and hot appetizers are a great introduction of what the menu is all about.
Choose from braised fennel meatballs, tempura Maine lobster tail or the Wagyu beef carpaccio that's perfect for sharing. Or you can order the petite or larger seafood tower that comes with shrimp, oysters, King crab legs and more.
Highlights on the house specialty menu range from the green egg pork chop to the veal chop Milanese. But the real stars are the steaks and chops, and they're arranged in four categories: classic cuts, U.S.D.A. prime cuts, chops and dry-aged prime cuts, which includes a 50-day, dry-aged Tomahawk chop. It's 32 ounces.
