It's an experience both visitors to St. Pete Beach as well as locals should appreciate, he believes, and the welcoming, upscale atmosphere and generous portions are key to this concept. The menu comprises seafood--fresh and local to the area--and steak, of course.
Indulging in a romantic night for two? Order the "Chateaubriand Experience For Two," consisting of 30 ounces of tenderloin cooked medium rare and served with hand-cut potato wedges, roasted Campari tomatoes, Bearnaise sauce and frisée salad. Those ordering steak for one may choose from a New York strip, angus rib-eye, t-bone and filet mignon. Each arrives with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Seafood choices range from Chilean sea bass accompanied by coconut-flavored rice; swordfish steak; and grouper and shrimp sauteed over roasted garlic risotto.
