Diners may choose from USDA-certified filet mignon, lobster, scallops, salmon, chicken, vegetables, and tuna tataki that's pepper crusted, seared rare and served with kobe ponzu sauce on the side. All teppanyaki entrees include Japanese clear onion soup, fresh green salad, seasonal mixed vegetables, grilled noodles, fried rice and kobe famous dipping sauces.
For those not indulging at the grill, there are other options. The sushi menu, for one, is extensive, with signature offerings such as the ultimate tuna roll topped with black tobiko and spicy mayo; grilled lobster roll with "krab," cucumber, mayo and avocado; and a mango veggie roll.
There are also children's menu items and salmon or spicy tuna poke bowls. The beverage menu features Japanese-inspired cocktails (Nakasaki Old Fashioned made with Japanese whiskey, for example), Japanese craft beer, and sake.
