The restaurant was under construction for more than two years, and there was certainly much renovation. The result? A traditional Windy City-inspired steak haven with dark, opulent accents and a menu for the well heeled.
There's dijon herb-crusted prime rib Wednesdays and Thursdays. And every day guests may indulge in a 24-ounce prime porterhouse, crab-stuffed salmon or a 12-ounce bone-in veal chop.
BoVine also offers two vegan dishes: chili with the plant-based Beyond meat and a charred cauliflower steak that's accompanied by charred tomatoes and chickpeas.
