Meat Market - Miami Beach
Meat Market specializes in signature steaks (16-ounce New York strip, 22-ounce bone-in ribeye), but also reserve cuts and house "creations" such as buffalo tenderloin, prime short rib and lobster risotto, and 30-ounce Kobe beef Tomahawk ribeye.
The Miami Beach location is a lot more intimate than its Palm Beach counterpart. Happy hour occurs daily 5-8pm and guests may indulge tuna tartare, oysters and steamed artichokes. There are also signature cocktails: the strawberry caipirinha, white sangria and Pimms cup are the most popular.
