Chop House 305 - Miami
Sleek, colorful and vibrant, Chop House 305 aims to stand apart from the classic steakhouse. It's very Miami-esque in every sense of the word as it serves as somewhat of a meet market for the after-work crowd. There's a big happy hour scene daily (4-7pm) with drink and food specials, and the bar area is large enough to accommodate a large number of people.
The dinner menu is composed of hearty steak and seafood offerings, from a 22-ounce, dry-aged, bone-in Kansas strip to whole boneless Florida snapper. There are also chilled seafood towers stacked with the likes of seasonal oysters, lobster tail and Alaskan king crab legs. The restaurant also offers lunch and brunch.
