This outpost for the classic steakhouse chain is located in the heart of downtown Miami. Capital Grille continues to be the business crowd's haven, yet with its new offering, The Capital Butcher, customers may now get an enhanced steakhouse experience at home.

For those dining in, there is much seafood to order, beginning with the appetizer menu. Order starters like the lobster and crab cake, tuna tartare and/or fresh oysters on the half shell. On the entree menu, choose from pan-seared salmon, sushi-grade seared sesame tuna or pan-seared Chilean sea bass.
Also, while there are plenty of steak choices, the chef has curated a quick lists of his favorites on the menu. "Chef's Selections" range from sliced filet mignon with Cipollini onions, wild mushrooms and fig essence; bone-in kona crusted dry aged New York strip with shallot butter; and seared tenderloin with butter poached lobster tails.
