Miami Spice Kick-off Event
This year’s Miami Spice event will kick off with the 2015 Miami New Times Iron Fork contest set for July 30th at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Miami. Famed chef Allen Susser will oversee the fun as two of Miami’s best chefs will put their dishes in a head-to-head showdown. With a basket of basic food items and one secret ingredient to keep them on their game, the competing chefs will whip up a tantalizing creation and plate it for a few hand-selected celebrity chefs to determine who wins the prestigious Iron Fork Award.

Reservations and Costs
One of the best things about Miami Spice is that it is a two-month long happening, giving adventurous diners a chance to try an endless variety of tantalizing cuisines. Running from August 1 – September 30, Miami Spice offers anyone in the greater Miami area to satiate their taste buds for only $23 at lunch time and $39 for dinner.
