You'll also find dishes made from the original recipes, such as the crab cakes, as well as the char-broiled steaks that arrive to your table on sizzlers.
The steaks are all USDA choice, corn-fed Western steer and hand cut on premises. They range from the signature eight-ounce filet mignon that's seasoned and wrapped in a bacon strip to a 22-ounce T-bone. During the coronavirus pandemic, Tropical Acres Steakhouse expanded its services to feature a butcher shop.
Guests not interested in steak may opt for a seafood or pasta entree. They'll find many choices on the menu, from classic butternut squash ravioli to grilled salmon served with horseradish dill sauce.
The "early bird" three-course menu happens daily and consists of a salad or soup, entree and dessert.
