Weekend brunch consists of mostly classic dishes that have been modernized. Think short rib Benedict accompanied by a potato pancake; house-made "pop tarts" filled with fresh strawberries and rhubarbs; and a Cuban-style egg sandwich stuffed with pulled pork and Swiss cheese.
Lunch at Steak 954 targets the business diner. There are eight steak choices, from an eight-ounce filet mignon to a 22-ounce prime 40-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye. There's also a dry-aged burger, turkey club and classic cheesesteak.

And for those looking for luxury in comfort food, the signature 954 Cheesesteak is a best bet. It consists of a freshly baked brioche roll stuffed with American Wagyu ribeye, truffled cheese whiz and foie gras. It's also served with Moet & Chandon champagne and the package is $65.
