Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Dania Beach
Everything's big with amplified flavor at Firebirds, which specializes in wood-fired grilled meats, seafood and vegetables. The restaurant is one of dozens new chain restaurants and bars inside the sprawling new Dania Pointe, which is set to include apartments, hotels, a supermarket, movie theater and bowling alley.

The interior is dressed up with wood and stone columns, teal and fire-orange accents, paintings commissioned by local artists, and an open kitchen for guests to watch all the action.
That's where the cooks are grilling up the likes of wood-grilled chicken, baby back ribs and wood-grilled salmon. The steaks are aged for 21 days, cut in-house and hardwood grilled as well.
Choices include rib-eye, filet mignon and a chile-rubbed Delmonico. They're served with a choice of broccoli, parmesan mashed potatoes, seasoned steak fries, tater tots or fresh fruit.
