The Galleria is home to the likes of Macy's, Nieman Marcus, Michael Kors, Williams-Sonoma and many other popular retailers, and Capital Grille is typically filled with post-shoppers looking for a bite or beverages.

Diners may choose from a large selection of dry-aged steaks, non-steak entrees, appetizers and salads and soups. To narrow down choices, guest may order from the "chef's suggestions" part of the menu.
That includes an 18-ounce, bone-in New York strip, sliced filet mignon with fig essence and Cipollino onions, and a seared tenderloin with butter-poached lobster tails. Non-steak dishes vary from roast chicken to Chilean sea bass with miso butter.
As with all Capital Grille locations, the Ft. Lauderdale outpost boasts a sommelier, who is responsible for the more than 350 wine labels from around the world. Guests may also download a new mobile app to view the daily wine list--and pairings--that are curated by the sommelier.
