Del Campo

Del Campo - Washington, D.C.

Victor Albisu’s flagship restaurant is inspired by his Latin American roots as well as the culture celebrated on an estancia, which is a large South American vineyard estate. Del Campo's located in D.C.'s thriving Chinatown neighborhood and features 174 seats in a beautiful, airy space.

A very meat- and wine-centric establishment, Del Campo has received accolades from the James Beard Foundation, Esquire magazine and the Washingtonian. One of the highlights of the appetizers menu is the grilled seafood smoked box, which contains the likes of Alaskan king crab, spiny lobster, mussels, shrimp and chorizo butter oyster accompanied by horseradish chimichurri, spicy Ketchup and aji amarillo aioli.

The main event, of course, features a number of steak options such as Argentine chorizo, prime bone-in short ribs, slow-roasted-and-smoked lamb shoulder and a 48-ounce prime Tomahawk ribeye for two.
