Cut by Wolfgang Puck - Washington
Wolfgang Puck is set to open the seventh of his luxury steakhouse concept in Washington, D.C.'s Rosewood hotel. Scheduled to open spring 2019, Cut by Wolfgang Puck, as well as Puck concepts in the revamped lobby lounge and scenic rooftop, should be major attractions at the newly renovated hotel.
Cut by Wolfgang Puck originally opened in Los Angeles' Beverly Wilshire Hotel more than a decade ago. Each outpost features restaurant staples as well as local specialties. Look for chef Andrew Skala—who's worked at branches of Cut and Spago for more than 13 years—to highlight Mid-Atlantic ingredients and dishes.
Standard menu highlights beyond steaks and chops range from American wagyu beef short ribs to whole roasted Stonington Maine lobster.
