These new steak grille boxes contain in-house cut, dry-aged meats--with the option of customizing--and signature steak sauce. Choose from the likes of bone-in, dry-aged New York strips, bone-in prime rib-eye, burger patties and filet mignon.
For those dining in, there is much seafood to order, beginning with the appetizer menu. Order starters like the lobster and crab cake, tuna tartare and/or fresh oysters on the half shell. On the entree menu, choose from pan-seared salmon, sushi-grade seared sesame tuna or pan-seared Chilean sea bass.
Also, while there are plenty of steak choices, the chef has curated a quick lists of his favorites on the menu. "Chef's Selections" range from sliced filet mignon with Cipollini onions, wild mushrooms and fig essence; bone-in kona crusted dry aged New York strip with shallot butter; and seared tenderloin with butter poached lobster tails.
