Eddie Merlot's Englewood steakhouse

Came for restaurant week date night and had some excellent food and drinks! Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was good. Wife didn't like the chairs as there was nowhere to hang coats / purse except the back of them and since they are rounded backs, stuff tends to end up on the floor. Minor gripe though - we had an overall good experience and would return again... if our wallet allows it.

What an amazing experience! I decided to give them a shot with a few of my buddies from the service. The food was amazing, from drinks to dessert. However, it was the staff who really put it over the top. From the hostess to the manager. Terry, really made the experience truly wonderful. It felt like we were over at a friend's house with great food and drinks! Thank you to the staff at Eddie Merlot's, it was everything we hoped it would be and much more!

In all my 33 years of living. Among all the fancy places i have eaten..... Eddie's stands alone. My wife and I are new to CO and from another city where the food scene was amazing (especially with the high end steak houses). Our waiter was Johnson. What a pleasant individual. Not pushy, very knowledgable and exactly the type of person you want catering to your meal. From the recommendations he made to the final bite, it all felt like an experience rather than just a place to eat. The interior as cleanly decorated with very little frill for the sake of frill, and soft lighting. The food was absolutely delicious. We got to meet some of the staff that came by our table to ensure all was well and they were friendly as well. Truly this was a fantastic experience and my wife and I will become regulars here. Keep up the great work guys!

wonderful ambiance, wonderful food and super polite staff from management to kitchen. I am normally a Del Friscos guy, but this is now a must go back place for us. food was delicious, and cooked perfectly. we had the trio of medallions, and new Orleans mixed grill. Carrot cake and creme Brule also, very good as well. not pictured, instantly devoured....

The inside of the restaurant was spacious and the stained glass pieces were interesting to look at. The steaks were great; juicy and tender. Prices were a little above average for that caliber of a steakhouse. The calamari was excellent; almost reminded me of eating softer Cheetos puffs? The sweet potato casserole was also excellent as a side dish; wasn't overly sweet which is what I was fearing when we ordered it. And lastly, the dessert. The carrot cake that I ordered was 4 layers high and is big enough to be shared if you feel like sharing. All in all, a good place to try and would recommend to a friend. Side note: masks are required at this establishment but in no way did it take away from my experience.

Excellent from start to finish! Our server, Johnson, did an extraordinary job with his attentiveness, knowledge, humor, recommendations, and making my brother’s birthday celebration truly special. The food was outstanding and our entire party will remember our meal for years to come. Bravo to the entire Eddie Merlots team!

We had a party of 36 friends for my wife's birthday at Eddie Merlot's. Everything was excellent. The room was the right size and had a large screen TV monitor for showing a slide show. Many folks who had not been to Eddie Merlot's before talked about how good the steaks were and the service couldn't have been better. In addition, Keith Miller, the manager was very helpful in getting the room set up. We had a wonderful time.

The wait staff was amazing and I loved their sense of humor. This was a special occasion for birthday dinner and it was a git. So many flavors and don't be shy to ask for a drink suggestion as the staff is very knowledgeable in this area as well. The berry white was soo amazing! The food was to die for and we'll worth every cent. Can't wait to go again for any special occasion ☺

We had a group dinner at the restaurant for 30 people last night. The food and service was exceptional! Thank you to Erika, Kat and Arturo for taking such great care of us.
