Spencer's for Steak and Chops - San Jose
Situated on the lobby level of the DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose, Spencer's is a classic steakhouse that should appeal to all. In addition to hand-cut steaks, you will find seafood entrees and a few nice options from the lunch menu.

The dinner menu is more comprehensive, of course. Steaks are dry aged for 21 days and seared in a 1600° infrared Garland broiler. There are a few signature cuts, from the Spencer Cut, a 22-ounce USDA prime bone-in ribeye to 32-ounce porterhouse. For non-meat eaters, there's salmon, scallop and a shrimp pasta dish on the menu.
