Spencer's for Steaks and Chops San Jose - San Jose
This modern hotel steakhouse was named after the boneless rib-eye, a flavorful, tender cut of beef that comes from the rib section. In some parts of the country, it's called a Delmonico steak, and at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, it's 22 ounces and the signature item at the restaurant.Read More
It's also important to note that all steaks at Spencer's are hand cut and aged for at least 21 days. Each is then seared in a 1600-degree infrared Garland broiler. In addition to the Spencer cut, you'll find an 18-ounce filet mignon, 28-ounce Tomahawk, and 32-ounce Porterhouse for two. There's even a plant-based "steak" offering, the vegetable Napoleon of tofu, zucchini squash, red bell pepper, portabella, asparagus, balsamic syrup, and herb oil.
Spencer's lunch menu features lighter bites, sandwiches, and a few entree salads. There's a lobster roll, grilled salmon club, and flat iron steak and frites.
