Spencer's for Steaks and Chops San Jose - San Jose
This modern hotel steakhouse was named after the boneless rib-eye, a flavorful, tender cut of beef that comes from the rib section. In some parts of the country, it's called a Delmonico steak, and at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, it's 22 ounces and the signature item at the restaurant.

In addition to the Spencer cut, you'll find an 18-ounce filet mignon, 28-ounce Tomahawk, and 32-ounce Porterhouse for two. There's even a plant-based "steak" offering, the vegetable Napoleon of tofu, zucchini squash, red bell pepper, portabella, asparagus, balsamic syrup, and herb oil.
Spencer's lunch menu features lighter bites, sandwiches, and a few entree salads. There's a lobster roll, grilled salmon club, and flat iron steak and frites.
