Featuring a variety of classic cuts such as Porterhouse, t-bone and New York, Alexander's specializes in Certified Angus beef grain-fed from the Midwest. The restaurant also highlights dry-aged steaks.
Those desiring a luxury experience should make reservations for the chef's tasting menu, which is $185 per person. It's by reservation only, and the chef will custom design the menu to guests' tastes. Ingredients are always high quality and seasonal.
