The restaurant is also committed to supporting local and regional farmers, fisheries and producers, and utilizes seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The menus showcase pastas, seafood, and steaks and chops.
A great way of experiencing the restaurant is to make reservations for the nine-course chef's tasting. It occurs at the chef's counter where diners get an engaging insider's perspective of the kitchen activity. It's available Monday through Thursday and reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. It's $150 per person.
