Their claim to fame is the mesquite-grilled cowboy steak. At Pinnacle Peak, diners may order it three ways: the original cowboy that's cut from the short loin; the "cowgirl ("a little less tenderloin for a little less appetite"); or the Big Cowboy ("A huge tenderloin and sirloin for a hunger as vast as the open plains").

It's nice to know that non-steak eaters aren't left out of the mix at Pinnacle Peak. There's grilled salmon fillet, a mesquite-grilled veggie burger and grilled chicken breast. And children under 10 are also privy to special dishes. For those aged 10 and under, there are miniature portions of steak, burgers and chicken.
