This award-winning, game-focused eatery is from Jonathan and Colette Landeen, with Jonathan serving also as executive chef. A favorite for Tucson residents, Jonathan's Cork offers a casual, Southwestern setting complete with rustic decor, authentic Native American artwork and four beehive fireplaces.

The menu is comprised of Chef Landeen's Southwestern twists to classic American dishes. Beginning with appetizers, guests may choose from such favorites as the rib strips, consisting of prime rib grilled with sweet barbecue sauce and served over mashed potatoes, or shrimp stuffed with queso fresco and wrapped with jalapeño bacon.

All entrees arrive with generous portions of garlic mashed potatoes or their signature house rice. They're mostly Southwestern influenced as well, from green chili beef, diced beef simmered in a green chili stew and served with a flour tortilla, to an eight-ounce bison filet that's wrapped with jalapeño bacon and char-broiled. Prime rib is also on the menu.

The happy hour menu (served every weekday evening in the bar until 6:30pm; every Saturday 3pm-close) features discounted beverages and appetizers such as the prime rib strips.
