Seafood dishes get as much attention as red meat on the menus at BLT Steak. And in addition to signature menu items, blackboard specials highlight Southwestern flavors and ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s on-site organic garden. An extensive outdoor patio seats 25 guests and features a fire pit, indigenous succulents and regional cacti.
The stylish eatery showcases USDA Prime and Certified Angus beef, yet you'll find premium local snapper, Maine lobster and Dover sole as well. There's also a lobster Cobb-style salad that's a big hit with the more fashionable bar patrons.
Speaking of which, the bar serves as a great jumping-off meeting place for locals and visitors before they hit the town. But back to the menu. Steak lovers will appreciate generous cuts, ranging from a 10-ounce American Wagyu skirt steak to a 36-ounce Porterhouse for two. Other meat choices include crispy short ribs, spice-grilled Colorado lamb chops and lemon-rosemary chicken.
