Award-winning and internationally renown chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is behind this Scottsdale steakhouse in the Phoenician Resort & Spa. The property is a five-star luxury resort so it shouldn't come as a surprise that such a talented chef would come aboard.
It's perched atop the hotel with floor-to-ceiling views of the city and surrounding resort below, and blends hyper-seasonal ingredients with prime meats and a global selection of seafood. Diners may best experience the menu by ordering the seasonal, multi-course tasting menu, which includes a pasta, seafood entree, steak and dessert. There is an additional $35 for wine pairings.
The experience is complemented by a progressive bar program featuring the finest handcrafted cocktails, and a wine list consistently awarded a “best of” by Wine Spectator. There is nightly live music.
