The menu is quite extensive at Arrowhead Grill, which is why it's important to note the recommendations by Executive Chef Charles Wade Schwerd. Hot on his list include the 10-ounce Delmonico steak, signature AG steak (10-ounce Delmonico steak paired with Louisiana-style barbecue shrimp) and the signature salmon, which is also complemented by the Louisiana-style barbecue shrimp.
Arrowhead Grill's steaks, which range from an eight-ounce filet to a 48-ounce Porterhouse, are broiled, then served on a sizzling hot plate. Diners looking for non-steak options may choose from a whole roasted chicken, king crab legs and Chilean sea bass.
