Ruth's Chris Steak House Rogers

Had a large work dinner there. First time at one of the locations. Really liked the “room-within-a-room” setup and circular table. Great service and delicious steaks. Bone-in filet was hearty and cooked perfectly. Great option and will try other locations!

There is much better fine dining in NWA. Theo's is a fantastic local chain while this "steak house" has worse food than Olive Garden with decor to match. The prices are absurd. The service and servers are stiff and unfriendly except for the chatty busboys.

Steak and sides are exceptional. Is it expensive? Absolutely, but you already know that before you arrive. Staff is absolutely incredible and always go out of their way to be helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough and while you might leave broke, you’ll leave happy!

I’ve been to this steakhouse a handful of times. The first few were pretty decent but it keeps getting worse. The atmosphere and service was great, it’s the poor food quality that drives me crazy. We started with a barbecue shrimp that had no flavor and was tough. The salad was nothing much, the filet’s were cooked perfect medium rare, but were both tough and just low quality meat. The loaded hash browns were over cooked and just had a blob of sour cream and some bacon on top. Everything you can make better at home. The drinks were fine. I just can’t get over the zero flavor in everything and low quality meat for a dinner that cost 3x a simple average steakhouse like Roadhouse or Outback. Can’t see going back unfortunately. There’s not many options for high quality steaks in Bentonville. Doe’s is probably the best but Ruth’s is actually below the average chain places. Strange.

Ruth’s Chris was absolutely amazing and to make it better, our server Nick was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I came here to eat for the first time to celebrate four years of marriage. We will definitely be back!

This is an absolute institution of excellence. While I rarely order a traditional steal in the many steakhouses I frequent this is an exception to the rule. Therefore was seasoned but not overpowered by spices. The creamed spinach was EPIC and definitely a reason to return all on its own. The magnificence of the meal could only be eclipsed by the tab at the end of the meal which was substantial however expected and welcomed. Bone in ribeye 10/10 for the win.

Ruth’s Chris is an exceptional steak house. Very good good overall. The hotness of the steak, and the plate upon which it is sitting is done by no one else. If your steak is too bloody for you, you can slice it & put the bloody side down on your plate. It will finish cooking due to the heat in the plate. I really like that. The sides are great, although I do not recommend the lobster bisque. Now, I gave the steak house four stars, but I need to talk about Duane. I guess five stars is all I’m allowed to give him, but he deserves much more than that. So nice, so helpful, & interacting. You just can’t ask for more when Duane is your server. Excellent service! To conclude, for the money, I like other steak houses better. (Off of my grill are the best) Mahogany’s & Flemings are my favorite. Ruth’s Chris deserves a try, because you won’t be disappointed. I just prefer a couple others. This was my first visit, so maybe the second visit will change my mind.
