Arthur's Prime Steak House - Little Rock
Opened in 2007 by restaurateur Jerry Barakat (Ocean's), Arthur's Prime Steak House specializes in premium steaks, including Japanese kobe. It's also a popular destination for private events due to its Instagram-worthy private wine cellar vaults, which is a rarity in Arkansas.
Read MoreArthur's two wine cellars, which are temperature and humidity controlled, are well known for their vintage offerings as well as global varieties. They also house 24 personal lockers that "friends of the cellar" may purchase.
The steak program is taken very serious at Arthur's, right down to each cut. There are experienced, in-house butchers that dry age the beef as well as cut it. The options they're presenting include the signature Alley's bone-in filet -- which is always in limited supply -- plus the likes of a Chicago bone-in ribeye, prime Chateaubriand for two, and Kansas City bone-in strip.
For those looking for luxury steak options, there are kobe-style Australian wagyu beef (filet, ribeye, tomahawk) and certified Japanese kobe cuts. Also good to know: Seafood is delivered to the restaurant three times a week.
