The Palm Restaurant - Nashville
The Nashville outpost for The Palm is downtown and adjacent to the Hilton Suites. It's also across the street from the Gaylord Entertainment Center and carries on the chain's rich tradition of classic Italian cuisine and steakhouse dishes.
The classic Italian eatery debuted in 1926, but soon branched out to include prime steaks due to customer demand. Owners/Italian natives Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi had to run to a nearby butcher's shop to keep their customers happy.
The Palm's menu showcases classic Italian dishes, steaks and chops and seafood. The Italian-inspired dishes have been around since the beginning, including family recipes of veal parmigiana, veal marsala and chicken parmigiana. For those looking for budget bites, however, the bar menu is half price Monday through Friday with offerings like a cheeseburger, calamari fritti and cornmeal-fried oysters.
