Very nice drink selection, I started with an old fashioned and my wife had the lemon drop. The lemon drop was the star of the show of the drinks. I normally do not enjoy a lemon drop but this one was amazing and my wife says it’s the best she’s ever had. For dinner I had the filet with lobster tail, both were cooked to perfection and with table side service to remove the shell it added to the experience so I didn’t feel like I was at a crab shack. Nashville has many fine restaurants and the Palm will be added to our favorites list.

Apparently business is so good that with no one else at bar can make customer wait 5 minutes without even acknowledging them. Used to be great bartenders and favorite place for drink and dinner but new staff don't want customers.

My filet was excellent. Hash brown and creamed spinach sides were top notch. While the food is top tier, the venue and service is just "pretty good". If this had been an Applebee's, I would have been pleased with the service and wouldn't have minded how loud the dining area was. But this isn't Outback Steakhouse, it's The Palm. I expected better. The servers and staff spent a lot of time talking and joking, which is fine in the back, but not so great right next to my table.

Came here for an anniversary dinner. Requested one of their few booths and was pleasantly surprised when were seated at one. We had a really great meal...

Unfortunately this place missed the mark for our lunch date. It’s extremely dark inside with no outside seating. There’s a formal dining area and a bar area which has slightly better lighting. I ordered the South Side of Italy and it was extremely strong with lack of flavor. My partner ordered the Slow & Low Mojito which tasted like simply soda water and mint. We decided to leave and try another location for lunch.

Great service. Amazing steaks. Awesome drink menu. The lobster service table side is fun. Also try The alaska King crab already cut and easy to enjoy.

I had an excellent evening at The Palm last night! It's started with great service at valet parking. They asked whether or not I'd be staying after dinner for an event downtown. I thought that was a thoughtful because I was and they confirmed staying parked with them would be easy. I didn't even have to ask. The hostess was welcoming and I sat at my table straight away. The atmosphere was relaxing but lively. I really enjoyed the music, decor and lighting. I had a pre dinner cocktail while waiting for my friends to arrived. Our party decided to try the seafood tower. The Palm graciously accommodate a customized request to have some elements of the tower served warm. The service staff was very attentive and kind. I really liked my experience. I have a new favorite restaurant!

We just arrived to Nashville and since it is out anniversary, we decided to go to The Palm with our 3 children. We made reservation through our Landry’s account , arrived 5min early and got seated. The waitress was not very amicable and after waiting for water for over 10min, we decided to leave. She never appeared and just left us there. The hostess was surprised and tried to find the waitress but we did not wait. When you go to a restaurant like this, you expect better service.

We don't mind an expensive meal if it's Good. Overall food was sub-par for a mid-range steakhouse, much less an extremely pricey one. Atmosphere was very loud. Waiter was very nice and wine was tasty. Crab cakes were excellent.
