Michael Mina's famed Bourbon Steak anchors the luxurious JW Marriott in Nashville. Making a splash in Music City with floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-degree views of the Nashville skyline on the 34th floor of the newly opened hotel.
Menu options at the 280-seat restaurant range from ahi tuna tartare and Maine lobster pot pie to the celebrity chef's signature preparations of black truffle mac and cheese. Steak-focused attractions include a table-side hickory-smoked 30-day dry-aged porterhouse and wagyu trio of Japanese A5 strip loin, Australian filet and American rib cap.
Non-beef-eaters will find plenty of options on the menu as well. They may sort through a selection of seafood offerings like buttered shellfish platters, sashimi, tartare and crudo. There are also vegetarian selections.

Bourbon Sky, the restaurant's 40-seat circular bar, features an indoor lounge and outdoor terrace overlooking downtown. Highlights from the menu include the classics (Manhattans, Negronis, martinis), a large selection of Tennessee whiskeys, and a roaming custom-made cocktail cart offering table-side bourbon flights throughout the dining room. A specialty menu of five to six seasonal cocktails is exclusive to Bourbon Sky.
