Had a reservation for a party of four. I often take clients to dinner throughout Long Island and New York City. We were promptly greeted and seated. I was very specific when ordering to make sure the steaks we ordered were cooked properly. The steaks arrived well done and dry despite my mention that I wanted them cooked medium. All 4 steaks were overcooked. I could even tell visually before I attempted to saw through it. I could understand if they were very busy but they were not busy at all. I mentioned the steaks were overcooked to the waitress and she offered to fix it however my entire party did not want to send them all back. In fact my guests did not really touch them as they went heavy on ordering other stuff to compensate. I have trouble understanding how a premier steak house could not pay attention to my order. No contact from anyone after the review despite asking for my phone number and personal details. I’ve taken my parties elsewhere. I sent an email with my phone number and email and I never got any return calls or email. I never returned back and never will. I take my clients to other places.

I love this place because the gentlemen was so nice and caring. The food was delicious and it’s no telling about what the food would look like and how it taste. The man deserves nothing but the best. However the service was excellent. The Birthday Queen looked so beautiful. Today was her birthday so she deserves a birthday meal. Thank you for the food and the service that you provide us. I’ll be back soon! Have a good night.

July was my first time back since 2020. I used to dine here pretty frequently. The food was great and I accept the drastic increase in prices. Unfortunately the menu has been cut in half. The portions are much smaller and the staff seems like they belong in a buffalo wild wings. Food is only one part of a $120+ meal.
