STK Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Read MoreThe Vegas outpost in The Cosmopolitan truly turns up the energy even more. Its design is futuristic, with whimsical, winding structures the focal point of the dining room. There's plenty of space between each cushy booth, which accommodates up to six guests.
The steak program remains a sense of pride for STK. The USDA beef is primarily sourced from farms in Iowa and Nebraska, and the black angus beef boasts a very high quality of marble. Highlights include a 10-ounce filet; 14-ounce, dry-aged Delmonico; and 34-ounce, bone-in ribeye.
There's plenty to consider beyond steaks at STK, of course. The half Jidori chicken arrives with fava beans and is marinated in natural jus. Miso-glazed Chilean sea bass is enhanced by sauteed bok choy, ginger, crispy shallots, and Thai basil. And, for vegetarians and vegans, there's mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, topped with shaved black truffles and baby spinach.
The brunch menu features updated classics like smoked pork belly Benedict, cinnamon French toast topped with cream cheese frosting, and truffle steak and eggs.
