Lavo Las Vegas

Lavo Las Vegas - Las Vegas

There's no shortage of massive, sprawling dining-and-drinking destinations in Vegas, but Lavo is certainly a standout. It's from the team behind the famed TAO brand as well as several additional dining and nightlife brands. The original Lavo was founded at Palazzo Hotel, with the second opening in New York.

It's located directly on Las Vegas Boulevard, with a terrace overlooking The Strip. Other highlights include 20,000 square feet of space and a new LAVO Casino & Sports Lounge boasting a modern gaming experience fusing blackjack table games with Vegas-style VIP bottle service.

Lavo's upscale, Italian-focused restaurant takes classic dishes to the next level. The carpaccio appetizer is made with Kobe beef and drizzled with black truffle vinaigrette. One of the brick-oven pizzas come topped with roasted lobster, garlic oil and fresh herbs. And one of the lobster entrees is stuffed with crab meat and scallops oregantano.

There's also a rack veal chop and USDA steaks, from an eight-ounce center cut filet to a 20-ounce, bone-in rib-eye.
