Steaks at this wine-focused steakhouse (hand-selected USDA Prime, certified Angus and Wagyu beef) are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's aims to set itself apart from its competitors with modern accents on steak accompaniments such as truffle-poached lobster, Diablo shrimp and lump crab meat that's Oscar style with béarnaise sauce.

I’ve been to many steakhouses in the past and this was my first time at Flemings steakhouse in Frontenac Missouri. Let me just say that the atmosphere and the vibe was quite elegant. I didn’t bring my appetite but I had every intention of enjoying my birthday dinner. Flemings did not disappoint! I had the chili and Seabass which was absolutely wonderful along with a very unique site order of onion rings. I was handed a gift box of decadent chocolate and it was quite delicious! I was disappointed that they didn’t know how to make a vesper martini also called the James Bond martini but the lemon drop martini was a fantastic alternate! The meal was very good, but I just didn’t have the room to finish everything. We were in our way to see a show and I didn’t want to be overly stuffed! All in all, a very exquisite dining experience that every one should try!

I took my mom to eat and celebrate her for a birthday. We truly enjoyed the ambiance, service, most of all the food. Our server Andrew was very attentive and professional, as well as the other staff that jumped in and helped remove items from the table, provide refills on drinks, or whatever was needed. My mom was very pleased and raved about the food the whole time. We will be back.

Steaks here are great, no complaints. Service was bad, timing was off, had to beg other servers for a refill. The “earth” part of the earth and fire menu is terrible, mushy chick pea patty that tastes like a melted burger you get at the grocery store and upside down burnt cauliflower. Work on your vegetable offerings if you want to offer vegetables. Otherwise, just stick to steaks. For the price, this should be an amazing experience for every dish and it simply wasn’t.

My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I was not disappointed AT ALL. We arrived to a decorative table and a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY card. Our server was very knowledgeable in regards to their offerings which was helpful since we'd never dined here before. Our dinner was delicious and the staff made our anniversary perfect. We will be back.

Service was terrible and unprofessional, ambiance would have been better if you wouldn't shove three "special occasion" right next to each ether. Food was acceptable but nothing close to fine dining. Steak was the best part. Your "famous" potatoes were not cooked. Mashed potatoes were grainy and tasteless, wine list can use some work seems like your wine distributor trying to make money and not actually provide you with quality product. There was much more things that could have gone better but based on what you already have going on I don't think it would be useful for me to share.

have been to Fleming's several times and, as usual, we were not disappointed. overall dining experience is one of the nicest in the metro area and the service is always impeccable. this last visit we were taken care of by Jenn, a very knowledgeable staff member and quite personable as well. the meal was delicious from starter to dessert and once again we are looking forward to our next meal at Fleming's
