Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Scottsdale
Most premium steakhouses thrive on offering diners the best cuts of meat and wine choices. Fleming's aims to take that move one step further with 100 wines by the glass--which are all personally selected by the restaurant's wine director. That's a great idea for those who don't want to commit to a bottle and want to sample different wines throughout dinner.
Read MoreThe wines are also categorized to make the selection simpler. They're labeled with such tags as "light and fruity," "earthy, complex, robust and spicy" and "rich and elegant" to point diners in the right direction to pair well with entree and steak choices.
All steaks, which are aged a minimum of 21 days, are seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper, then broiled at 1,600 degrees, and finished with butter and fresh parsley. Cuts range from a Wagyu New York strip to a Certified Angus beef Porterhouse for two. Non-steak dishes include free-range, lemon-rosemary brick chicken, Alaskan king crab legs and sauteed Chilean sea bass.
This Scottsdale location offers Valley of the Sun as a backdrop to the dining experience.
